CrossFit 403 (CF403) is Airdrie’s premier fitness facility. It’s been my gym for nearly 3 years now and I love everything about it. The people, the facility, the hard work. When CF403 asked me to create a new video for 2017, I asked myself “What does Crossfit mean to me?” This video is my answer.
